We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Under Texas law, you cannot legally install a manufactured home yourself. The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs requires a licensed and bonded installer to complete the delivery, leveling, and anchoring. The setup must follow the exact plans approved by the manufacturer. As a licensed Texas retailer, we take care of this entire process. We use our certified crews to make sure your home is fully safe, legal, and compliant with all state building codes.
